  1. A credit card imprint will rerequired on check-in for all bookings.
     A bond will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Bond $2000.00" (Note: Please advise all clients this bond is applicable) A non-refundable security fee of $300.00 per person will be required upon check-in.   Cancellation Policy

  1. In the case of No Show or if you cancel or amend your booking with 48 hours prior to check-in, a cancellation or amendment fee of the cost of 2 nights applies per room booked.
     If you cancel or amend your booking with 7 days prior to check-in, a cancellation fee of the cost of 1 night applies per room booked.
